Returns & Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for orders purchased directly from maventorch.com.
- Approved returns within 30 days may qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Items must be unused, unopened, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Maven Torch fulfillment error.
Covered Products
Torch Lighters, Table Torches, and Cigar Torch Lighters are eligible for:
- 30-day returns if they meet the return requirements above.
- 1-year limited warranty coverage, subject to review and approval.
Warranty Coverage
- After 30 days, approved warranty claims may qualify only for replacement.
- Maven Torch does not offer repair services or refunds under warranty coverage.
- Customers are responsible for all warranty-related shipping costs. Shipping costs vary by location and carrier and are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchase
Receipt & Request Requirement
- A valid in-store receipt or digital receipt is required for all warranty requests.
- All warranty requests must be submitted through info@maventorch.com for review and approval.
Covered Products
- Table Torches and Cigar Torch Lighters may qualify for free replacement within 30 days from the purchase date if defective.
- After 30 days, eligible products may be covered under Maven Torch’s 1-year limited warranty, subject to review and approval.
Products Not Covered
- Torch Lighters, including item #98-Series and 5-Pack products, are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or warranty coverage for in-store purchases.

- Warranty Form: Please fill out the warranty form with all required details.
- Review: Ensure you thoroughly review the warranty requirements above before completing the form.
- Assessment: Our team will review your warranty form and photos to determine eligibility. Claims with visible damage (e.g., cracks, dents, signs of impact) will not qualify. Functional issues with torches in good condition may be eligible for replacement.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
- Normal exterior finish wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, or discoloration from heat, abrasive, or chemical cleaners.
- Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance.
- Warranty Limit: Coverage is limited to 2 claims within the 1-year period.
- Unauthorized Sellers: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from maventorch.com, the official Maven Torch Amazon store, or authorized retail partners. Products purchased through eBay, individual Amazon sellers, OfferUp, or Facebook Marketplace are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Conditions for Returns and Replacements
- Product Condition: Items must be in the condition received, without damage from repair attempts or alterations.
- Inspection: All items must be received and inspected before processing refunds or replacements.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Returns and refunds are honored for items received defective or incorrect.
- Functional Returns: If a returned product is tested and confirmed to be fully functional, the customer must pay for the shipping cost to have it sent back. If the shipping cost is not covered, the item will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
- Applies exclusively to online orders.
- Table Torches: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Pocket Torches: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (Online 5-Pack) only.
- Items must be unused, unopened, in brand-new condition, and in original packaging.
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
