These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern all business-to-business purchases made through Maven Torch. By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you are an authorized business customer and agree to be bound by these terms.

All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value, applicable payment requirements, and the policies outlined on this page, including shipping terms, promotional restrictions, and the Maven Torch Cashback Program.

Maven Torch reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of these terms, including pricing, programs, and order eligibility, at any time. Continued purchase or account use constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

These terms apply to all wholesale transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing by Maven Torch.

• The minimum wholesale order value is three hundred dollars ($300) before taxes and applicable fees. Orders below the minimum will not be processed.
• Maven Torch reserves the right to modify the minimum order requirement at any time. Orders that do not meet the minimum at time of processing may be canceled or adjusted at Maven Torch’s discretion.

• Approved wholesale customers earn 2% cashback on qualifying orders of $600 or more. Cashback eligibility is calculated based on the order subtotal before cashback redemption. Cashback is issued only after full payment and fulfillment.
• Cashback credits expire 180 days after issuance and may be applied toward future wholesale orders that meet the minimum order requirement of $300. Cashback may be applied up to the available balance on the account and cannot be combined with promotional pricing, discount codes, or special offers.
• Cashback has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Maven Torch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time and may revoke cashback in cases of refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or program misuse.

• Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise approved in writing by Maven Torch.
• Maven Torch reserves the right to suspend shipments, revoke credit terms, or cancel pending orders for overdue balances.
• Customers are responsible for any fees associated with declined payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal, Maven Torch may suspend the wholesale account and revoke associated cashback or promotional benefits.

• Promotional pricing, discount codes, and limited-time offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and are subject to availability.
• Promotions may not be combined with wholesale cashback, special pricing programs, or other incentives unless expressly stated in writing.
• Maven Torch reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional pricing does not apply retroactively to prior purchases.

• Wholesale orders meeting the minimum order requirement of three hundred dollars ($300) qualify for free UPS Ground Advantage shipping within the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically shipped the next business day following purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
• Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Expedited shipping or special routing requests may be available at the customer’s expense.
• Maven Torch reserves the right to consolidate shipments or ship partial orders when necessary. Delivery timeframes provided by UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Title to and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier. Maven Torch is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, or events beyond its control, including weather, service interruptions, or force majeure events.

• All sales are final unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt. Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.
• Returns require prior written authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Maven Torch is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery to the carrier.

• All wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders are not binding until confirmed by Maven Torch.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. Maven Torch reserves the right to limit quantities, allocate inventory, or cancel backordered items at its discretion.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maven Torch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
• Maven Torch’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

• Maven Torch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at its discretion, including for violations of payment terms, promotional abuse, resale violations, or misuse of company policies.
• Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.
