• Free Replacement or Refund: Available within 30 days from the purchase date.
• After 30 Days: Customers are eligible for 1-year warranty coverage, starting from the date the item is received. Customers are responsible for warranty shipping fees for replacements.

Pocket Torches:

• Free Replacement or Refund: Available within 7 days after delivery.
• After 7 Days: The merchandise is eligible for 1 year warranty coverage. Customers are responsible for warranty shipping fees for replacements. 

Warranty Coverage:

• Duration: 1-year warranty applies to both Pocket and Table Torches.
• Shipping Fee: A $10 warranty shipping fee is required.

*Note: An in-store purchase receipt is required for any replacement request.

This warranty does not cover:

• Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping.
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
• Normal exterior finish wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, or discoloration from heat, abrasive, or chemical cleaners.
• Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance.
• Warranty Limit: Coverage is limited to 2 claims within the 1-year period.
  
  

• Product Condition: Items must be in the condition received, without damage from repair attempts or alterations.
• Inspection: All items must be received and inspected before processing refunds or replacements.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: Returns and refunds are honored for items received defective or incorrect.
• Functional Returns: If a returned product is tested and confirmed to be fully functional, the customer must pay for the shipping cost to have it sent back. If the shipping cost is not covered, the item will be forfeited.
