Shipping
how do I know my order has shipped?
- We only ship to United States.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be attached to the email that allows you to easily track your package.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We are currently offering free standard shipping on ALL orders.
Standard Shipping Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days
(Delivery time subject to delays during high peak shipping volumes including holidays and during COVID-19)
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@maventorch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Warranty Process
Online Purchase
- For Table Torches, we will be able to honor a free replacement or refund only if the order is within the 30 day time frame from when the item was purchased. After 30 days, customers will be subject to shipping fees for their replacement.
- For Pocket Torches, we will be able to honor a free replacement or refund within 7 days after delivery.
Physical Shop Purchase
- Products purchased from a physical shop can only qualify for replacements, NO REFUNDS.
- For Table Torches, we will be able to honor a free replacement or refund only if the order is within the 30 day time frame from when the item was purchased. After 30 days, customers will be subject to shipping fees for their replacement.
- For Pocket Torches purcahsed from a physical shop, we will be able to honor a free replacement within 7 days of purchase.
Conditions
- All items must be received back in hand and inspected before any refunds or replacements are processed.
- Item must not have any damage from attempt to repair or any alterations. Item should be in the condition that it was received.
- Returns and refunds will be honored for items that were received in defect or incorrect item was received.
Limitations
- This warranty does not include:
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
- Normal wear and tear of the exterior finish, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, or to any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners.
- Damages incurred during transportation.
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.

Refund Policy
- After we have received your item, please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to appear back on your original payment method.
