• We only ship to United States.
• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be attached to the email that allows you to easily track your package.
  

• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  For simple flat rate shipping: We are currently offering free standard shipping on ALL orders.
  Standard Shipping Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days
  (Delivery time subject to delays during high peak shipping volumes including holidays and during COVID-19)

• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@maventorch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Table Torches:

• Free Replacement or Refund: Available within 30 days from the purchase date.
• After 30 Days: The customer is eligible for 1-year warranty coverage (after the date the item is received). Customers are responsible for warranty shipping fees for replacements.

Pocket Torches:

• Free Replacement or Refund: Available within 7 days after delivery.
• After 7 Days: The merchandise is eligible for 1 year warranty coverage. Customers are responsible for warranty shipping fees for replacements. 

Warranty Coverage:

• Duration: 1-year warranty applies to both Pocket and Table Torches.
• Shipping Fee: A $10 warranty shipping fee is required.

*Note: An in-store purchase receipt is required for any replacement request.

Table Torches:

• Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping.
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
• Normal exterior finish wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, or discoloration from heat, abrasive, or chemical cleaners.
• Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance.

• After receiving your item, please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.
