30 Day Return & Refund Policy
We will be able to honor your return or refund only if the order is within the 30 day time frame from when the item was received.
- All items must be received back in hand and inspected before any refunds or replacements are processed
- Item must not have any damage from attempt to repair or any alterations. Item should be in the condition that it was received.
- Returns and refunds will be honored for items that were received in defect or incorrect item was received.
- Returns are only valid between a 30 day time frame from when the item was received.
- If your item was received in defect or you received the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and describe the issue. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund for the defected item. We will provide you a return shipping label at our cost to return the item.
- Returns must be received back to us in the condition it was received and inspected before any replacements or refunds are processed.
- Once your item has arrived and is inspected, your replacement or refund will be processed. Please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to appear back on your original payment method.
- Refunds are only valid if item was returned within 30 day time frame from when the item was received.
